1. Subscription Refunds
Nexgen Techone offers subscription-based services for digital marketing, SEO, and web development. Refunds for subscriptions are handled as follows:
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Refunds for unused days may be issued at our discretion.
- Yearly subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of purchase.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@nexgentechone.com.
2. Service-Specific Refunds
For one-time services such as paid ad campaigns, website development, or SEO packages:
- Refunds are considered if the service has not yet started or if project milestones are not met as agreed.
- Partial refunds may be provided based on completed work and resources utilized.
- All refund requests must include supporting documentation and be submitted within 14 days of service delivery.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed digital products, website designs, or ad campaigns that have been delivered and accepted.
- Services canceled after 30 days from the purchase date (for yearly subscriptions).
- Third-party fees incurred on behalf of the client, including ad spend or software licenses.

- Your full name and email associated with the purchase
- Order or invoice number
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation or evidence
